We were brought in as the Training Manager responsible for the full training strategy and execution for the ERP rollout.
Key actions:
Developed a full training plan, including resources, tools, timelines, templates, and standards
Appointed and led training leads for each of the five main SAP process areas: Plan, Make, Take, Bill, and Collect
Facilitated cross-functional collaboration through regular meetings with training leaders, content developers, and the executive leadership team
Advocated for the training team at the leadership table to ensure alignment with software development timelines
Built a blended learning solution including classroom training, eLearning, and simulations

Covered 110 SAP user roles with custom training content
